Return & Refund Policy
At Maldito Co., LLC we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are printed-on-demand, please note the following policy:

Defects / Manufacturing Errors
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, wrong print, or has a clear manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. 
To help us process your claim, please include:

  • A clear photo showing the issue (for example a close-up of the defect)

  • Use a measuring tool (e.g., ruler or tape measure) in at least one photo to show the size of the issue

  • Provide up to 5 photos and 1 short video (optional) that clearly document the problem
    Once submitted, we’ll evaluate your case and, if approved, we’ll arrange either a free reprint or refund in line with Printify’s policy.

  • Returns & Exchanges for Change of Mind
    Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “wrong size,” “changed my mind,” “ordered wrong colour,” or “just didn’t like it.” 

How to Initiate a Claim

  1. Email us at contact@malditoco.com with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. Attach the required photos/videos and measurements as described above.

  3. We’ll respond with next steps

  4. If approved, refund or reprint will be processed. We aim to notify you within [3-5 business days].

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method or credited to your account, depending on channel. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
